The DTL-240 high-speed, fully automated case packer is designed to pack various flat-bagged products into RSC/HSC cases or trays at speeds up to 240 products per minute, or 30 cases per minute. Potential applications including packaged foods, consumer products and personal care items. According to the manufacturer, the case packer is compact and versatile, enabling users to process a broad range of items on a single production line. The machine's drop packing technology gives users that do not require a pick-and-place top-load case packing system a cost-effective and reliable alternative, the company says.
