Count verification system

TruCount® 100 percent Count Accuracy Verification System now can be retrofitted to virtually all Merrill® tablet and capsule counters on the market today. To help ensure accurate counts, the high-speed tablet scanning system, uses a fully integrated count verification and reject system, which the co. says is so easy to set up that it eliminates the need for specially trained and experienced operators. To further ease setup of new product information, the TruCount also has a “teach” function.
The retrofit unit uses a stand-alone control module, which is mounted on casters and can be positioned to an operator’s preference, with a large 15-in. touch-screen monitor that displays recipe-driven menus to help operators store product, slat spacing and count information.
