SBS heavyweight stock
Stock orders of "ready to print" solid bleached sulphate (SBS) in heavyweight thicknesses of 30 to 48 points are available for same-day shipping in quantities of 200 to 200,000 sheets. Most custom orders can be shipped in three to four working days. When thicker SBS is required, the traditional method has been to print on thinner material, then send it with unprinted sheets to a mounter. However, printing directly onto heavyweight SBS board using a sheet fed offset, screen printed or flatbed digital printer saves approximately $0.25 per sheet-while reducing turnaround time. Heavyweight SBS is also available up to 96 points thick for point-of-purchase (POP) signage.
