The company has added a 59-ounce PET carafe to its line of stock beverage containers. The product is intended to help brand owners create a differentiated shelf presence for premium beverages, including ambient- or cold-filled drinks such as juices, teas, lemonades and fruit punches typically sold in the refrigerated section. The carafe design reportedly delivers excellent hand feel and pouring ease, with flat label panels that provide a billboard to display product branding. The 38-mm finish, narrower than the 43-mm option on most juice products, helps cut down the amount of resin needed for the closure.
