Water-resistant VIP film

Water-resistant VIP film
Waterproof film from UPM Raflatac

Waterproof film from UPM RaflatacPolyjet WFPP is a pressure-sensitive film label stock designed for variable-information printing applications. According to the manufacturer, the waterfast product combines the aesthetics and performance associated with high-end films, with the printing versatility of a VIP label stock. The product is suitable for health and beauty, food and beverage, wines and pharmaceutical labeling. It is said to dry instantly after inks are applied, which enables producers to increase throughput with no risk of damage to the labels. It can be processed on desktop printers, or narrow-web digital presses in either roll- and sheet-fed formats. Additionally, its coated matte white face reportedly works well with colorful images as well as basic bar codes.
