A new, turnkey, integrated filling system is designed specifically for low-alcohol, dairy-based alcoholic beverages. Reportedly incorporating recent advances in Dynamic CIP (clean-in-place) technologies, the system provides—within a compact configuration—a high-performance rotary rinser, a filler and a capper, all in a safety enclosure in what the co. calls a near plug-and-play approach to meeting the growing demand for high-sugar liqueurs and after-dinner alcoholic beverages. External controls can be programmed for specific containers for easy changeover. The Dynamic CIP system activates to solution-rinse the valves and contact surfaces at intervals during the production run, or rinse the bowl, valve and all contact surfaces at product change.
