Bagging system

Article-Bagging system

The co. features its FAS Sprint SidePouch™ bagging system. The new system is capable of bagging at speeds up to 120 bags/min with a loading speed that is fully adjustable to optimize productivity for one or more operators. A footswitch can also be used for single-cycle bag indexing. The bagging system features a conveyor for pre-opened bags that are ready for immediate loading from a 60-in.-wide load area. After the bags are filled, they’re conveyed through a bag-sealing operation and then they’re dispensed to outfeed conveyors or bulk packaging. The system can be easily integrated with a wide range of infeeds and washdown-compatible in-line printing equipment for semi- to fully-automatic packaging of portioned or bulk packs. The system is easy to clean in food-packaging applications, including frozen and IQF foods, meat, poultry, fruits and vegetables.
