The MGS Stealth™ cartoner can be utilized for blister-loading in the production of MeadWestvaco’s Shellpak® product. The Stealth can also be used in Batch mode or online with a thermoformer, and an optional ECP pre-feeder is available to reduce the number of operators required. The Stealth cartoner operates at speeds up to 250 pieces per minute in either Batch mode for pre-sealed blister cards, or as an automated on-line system to bundle carded blisters. The MGS Eclipse™ cartoner provides dispenser cartoning. Available at speeds of up to 300 packages per minute, the Eclipse produces pharmaceutical wallet cards or provides assembly and folding of heat-sealed cards with field- or factory-installed modules.
