Uniline, a new conveying, filling and capping system, integrates the functions required to form a counting line, including container loading, desiccant insertion, counting and filling, cotton insertion, capping, coding, metal detection and rejection. Positions each container inside a dedicated housing, ensuring traceability at every stage of the packaging cycle, from loading to rejection, the co. states. No changeparts are required for container changes, irrespective of diameter, height and shape. The system is designed to guarantee total visibility and accessibility during this phase, the co. reports, preventing any stray product from becoming hidden on the conveyor line.
