Oxygen Clean Series electronic valves are available in 2- or 3-way, normally- closed or fully-ported configurations and are designed, the co. says, for use with oxygen applications but will work with air or inert gas. With a 0.67-w power consumption and a response time of 5 to 10 millisec and 6-, 12- or 24-v DC voltages, the valves are ultrasonically cleaned in an enclosed area with HEPA filtration.
