Filling machine



The Optima MFL is a flexible, modular, linear filling machine, says the co. Integration possibilities for systems can include up to six auger fillers, static weigh systems, vibratory systems for compacting product, up to six weighing heads and variable transport and dosing technologies. Benefits of the product include movable modules on overhead rails that allow for quick changeover, the ability for the control cabinet to be integrated into the machine frame or be separately positioned and in-line static weighing technology for container checking. The filling machine makes use of a variety of closing and assembly technologies. Not only can the system be used as a filling machine, but it can also be used as a monobloc machine for filling and closing. Depending on the fill, volumes and transport systems, the machine can achieve outputs up to 200 containers/min.
