The Model 1900 Bottom Labeling System is a machine capable of handling a range of products at high speeds and performing in demanding production environments. The system features a dual-transfer belt assembly for product to be captured and labeled in a vertical position. The dual-belt assembly also features lateral adjustment for quick product changeovers, suitable for a wide variety of applications including pharmaceutical and cosmetic productions, the co. says. The system utilizes AC motor drives and the co.'s Series 40 labeling head with an intuitive touchscreen interface and a brush-on applicator synchronized with an encoder follower for simple setup. The co. also says it can be outfitted with optional hot-stamp coders for lot/date coding requirements and is capable of applying labels to various sized products at a rate of 120 ppm with +/- 1/32-in. accuracy.
