Series 90 shrink sealers are designed to minimize production downtime. Capable of exceeding 500 containers/min, the machines can also run as little as 200 containers/min to synchronize with slowdowns on processing systems. To accelerate material changeover, the next film reel can be loaded during operation and is automatically engaged when the previous reel runs out. Compatible films include monolayer and multilayer PVC, PETG, PLA and OPS from 0.375 to 3 in. across and 0.625 to 8 in. high in gauges as thin as 40 micron.
