The Stericon transfer system for sterile products and materials is a safe and inexpensive device that applies precision welding technology to transfer pharmaceutical substances, vials or plugs to an isolator-protected zone. The device uses laminated and presterilizable foil products that are manufactured in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom. Stericon features a bag filled with sterile pharmaceuticals, containers or closing materials that are fed in or fed out of an isolator, and an endless foil tube as the transfer connection.
