The Model TF 100 fills and closes metal, plastic, film/foil and cassette infeed tubes with dias up to 50 mm. Reportedly suitable for use in sterile rooms and laminar flows, it operates at up to 100 tubes/min. Has a 12-position turntable with bottom-up filling controls to raise and lower the tubes as required by the product. Its stainless-steel frame and control panel are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. Changeovers on the TF 100 typically take 20 min or less, and require no tools, the co. says.
