The co. offers a customizable system for building variety packs of different flavors or styles within common cartons or display trays. Products are fed to overhead-supported, 3- or 4-axis, vision-guided robots with large working envelopes. Each robot re-orients incoming products and places them in the appropriate containers. The complete variety pack is then sealed and case-packed, and the cartons/trays are collated and picked by a specially designed end effector to ensure smooth placement into the secondary container.
