The robag® 3 vertical f/f/s machine now includes new “kanga jaw” technology that lets flexible bag formats such as quattro and block-bottom be handled with rotary jaws. A linear motor moves the jaws up and down as much as 120 mm so that they can approach each other horizontally. The feature can be switched on and off when needed. According to the co., speeds are comparable to any competitive block-bottom or quattro machine.
