Increased competition among plant-based ice cream brands prompted NadaMoo! to rethink its packaging after five years with the same design.

On the new packaging, the logo is larger. And for brand recognition and consistency, all packaging now features a generous dose of royal blue. Previously, the packaging used various colors for different flavors.

The new lid design is eye-catching as well, sporting blue-and-white stripes like those on the awning of the NadaMoo! shop in Austin, TX. The brand launched the redesign in the summer of 2020 to coincide with its 15th anniversary.

In the six months after the launch, the brand’s sales grew by 27% vs. the same period the prior year — an annualized increase of roughly $3.5 million. Remarkable, especially in light of the global pandemic and social distancing.
