RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of a Corrugator Supervisor include direct supervision and training of hourly production employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma is required and at least 5 years supervision experience in the corrugated industry.
KNOWLEDGE:
Strong leadership skills, good communication skills, safety knowledge, and strong problem solving skills are needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Maintain a safe environment for yourself and all who report to you as well as enforcing safety requirements.
