The Model 400 print-and-apply labeler with multipanel applicator works with various label configurations, cases and cartons. The system features a stepper-motor-driven vacuum belt that stages labels prior to application to achieve smooth application. Reaches speeds up to 15 cases or cartons/min. The labeler can apply one leading and side-panel corner wrap, one leading and top-panel corner wrap and a front-panel label, a side-panel label, a top-panel label or two separate labels in one pass. Can be changed over in less than 1 min with no tools or changeparts. Electronic changes can be made by changing settings on a touchscreen control panel.
