The Model 1500 automatic bottle-wrap system applies labels via what the co. calls the synchronize dispense method. Each product is guided to a tangent point created by itself and the machine's peeler bar and wrap belt. The label is dispensed directly into this tangent point, and the wrap belt takes the product away and spins it to finish wrapping the label. Features include a color touchscreen HMI, a vision-inspection system and an optional thermal-transfer overprinter.
