What are you saying about innovation? Pass your Innovation Statement around to colleagues and ask them to help you refine it. Once you’ve arrived at a clear, concise Statement, communicate it as part of your innovation strategy so that everyone is on the same page and the ideas you generate are aligned with your goals.
