Hot-fill machine

New hot-fill machine is designed to hot fill sensitive products such as fruit juices, teas, isotonic drinks, flavored mineral waters and shelf-stable dairy beverages. This includes highly viscous products.

According to the company the machine guarantees maximum filling precision with advanced electronic flow meter technology that measures the exact quantity of product to be dispensed. Head space can be determined to suit the customer’s needs; and it can be automatically adjusted or modified using the HMI (Human-Machine Interface). In addition, the risks of product spills are minimized because the valve is lowered over the bottle prior to filling and not vice versa.
