Our annual salary survey captures the earning power of medtech professionals. Here’s your chance to weigh in on the state of medical device careers and salaries during the Great Resignation.

Is the Great Resignation making you wonder whether the grass is greener at another medical device company? Are you curious about what you could earn in a new position? Or do you think you have pretty good career prospects with your current employer but just want to ensure your salary is keeping pace with that of your peers?

We’d love to help you answer those questions—but we need your help. Our annual salary survey offers a real-life snapshot of today’s medtech careers. Please help us provide the most up-to-date data by taking our anonymous survey.

For instance, last year our survey revealed that only 14.8% of medtech professionals taking our 2021 survey were actively looking for a job. And while job satisfaction wasn’t at the highest levels, respondents did report being pleased with great teams, supportive environments, and opportunities for learning and growth. We wonder, though, are employees still satisfied today? We also wonder how the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact medical device career paths.

Please help us prepare an accurate look at medtech careers by taking MD+DI’s 2022 Medtech Salary Survey. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Your answers will be kept strictly confidential and used only in aggregate with others to tabulate the data. Any verbatim responses you provide for publication would be published anonymously.
