Metal detectors with conveyor systems

The co.’s The E-Z Tec DSP Metal Detector Standard Conveyor Systems is engineered to provide users with the highest level of protection against ferrous and nonferrous metal contamination. These manufactured-in-the-U.S. systems include a continuously welded series 304 stainless steel frame, wash-down drive, variable speed control, UHMW slider bed, food-grade PP chain belt, belt-stop reject with beacon and horn combination and reject reset button. The conveyor electronics are housed within a NEMA 4X enclosure with a start/stop switch for the conveyor. The entire system is supported by adjustable articulated foot pads. The DSP (digital signal processing) metal detectors are available in 12, 18 and 24-inch belt widths and include menu-driven control functions with a back-lit touch screen interface.
