Hat Trick Beverages has now completed the acquisition of Italian manufacturing as well as research and development facilities. This operational group will be named Nadia Industries, SLR. 

According to the company, the move completely changes the scope of the Hat Trick’s capabilities. "We are no longer dependent on third parties working on a contract basis, and can write our own history from here,” said Hat Trick CEO Sender Vaiser. “We are really starting to hit our stride … We intend to add more personnel in our sales department to take full advantage of the momentum the company has achieved within the last few months”

The new manufacturing capabilities include working with both hot and cold beverages, flavored syrups, and glass and plastic packaging, label design and production. This is all in addition to the machine fabricating capabilities for hot beverages such as coffee, espresso/cappuccino machines and soup vending machines and signature I500 hot and cold beverage vending machines.
