Aimed at high-precision needs is the NITRODOSE® Easy Doser VS, which is said to provide discrete dosing at line speeds up to 300/min. The co. says the system delivers controlled amounts of low-pressure liquid nitrogen to pressurize or make inert all package types. It is also reported that the doser is equipped with a simplified PLC controller and touchpad controls, high-efficiency vacuum insulation for the lowest liquid nitrogen consumption and a low-profile dosing head for confined spaces.
