The SG-6 flat-bottom bagmaker uses the co.’s Box Pouch® technology and can produce side-gusset, bottom-sealed bags with flat bottoms at speeds up to 100/min. The finished Box Pouches are reportedly more compact and shelf-stable than traditional stand-up pouches, reducing film consumption by 10 to 15 percent and maximizing retail shelf space. Is compatible with the same fill/seal equipment used for traditional stand-up pouches. Side panels can incorporate clear material for visibility and reclosability options include slider and press-to-close zippers as well as pour spouts.
