Cocktail mixer bottles pour on the style

151453-mixerz_v1.jpgMixerz is a new line of cocktail mixers developed by Williams-Sonoma marketers and packaged in a sleek, yet unusual, bottle. When searching for a distinctive bottle, Williams-Sonoma, San Francisco, came to TricorBraun (www.tricorbraun.com) with a design idea to emulate antique, European perfume bottles. “They wanted an antique, old Europe appearance,” relates Phillip D'Andrea who led the TricorBraun design effort. The tall-necked, custom-designed, 32-oz bottle has a vintage appearance which is due in part to its clear cosmetic glass contstruction. Its square shape features chamfered, faceted corners. It's topped with a 30-mm lug closure enclosed in a blue and white capsule. The flavors in the all-natural line include Pomegranate, Lemoncello, Sour Apple, Mango, Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Margarita and Bloody Mary. Williams-Sonoma says Mixerz are handcrafted in small batches using only fresh fruit juices and purees, pure cane sugar and no artificial ingredients.
