Conveyor control

The ZL-DK100 Microroller® driver is offered as a low-cost, enhanced control for 24-v brushless motors used in conveyor systems. The driver is said to provide greater flexibility, functionality and cost-effectiveness by setting and maintaining the speeds of adjacent conveyor zones to within ±1 RPM of each other—even under load—with the flick of a switch. Microrollers with 22- or 35-w output can be installed, both with 1.9-in.-dia rollers.
