Decanter

A new PET decanter-style container is introduced in 12- and 18-oz sizes for condiments, soups, sauces, fruits, vegetables and other hot-fill applications. Ribs and panels provide strength and stability for hot filling, and resist deformation during stacking and distribution. Both containers are molded of monolayer PET resin, and can be filled at temperatures to 185 deg F. They weigh approximately 90-percent less than similar glass containers, the co. says.
