Radioactive Energy Drink in Rexam cans

Radioactive Energy Drink in Rexam cansWith retail shelves increasingly crowded by energy beverages, brand owners have to work harder than ever to stand out. Radioactive Energy Drink aims to do just that, with 16-oz. cans that literally glow.

Housed in cans produced by Rexam, the packaging includes graphics produced with fluorescent inks that glow when exposed to black light.

"Our beverage is perfect for the health-conscious consumer who wants a boost to support their active lifestyle," says Joseph Rossi, CEO of Radioactive. "We were able to provide it in a great-looking new can with glow-in-the-dark graphics that really ‘pop' off retail shelves."

The beverage-made with a blend of vitamins, antioxidants and increased levels of Vitamin B-12 and touting an all-natural formulation-is sold at select retailers in California, Nevada and Illinois. The brand owner plans to expand to Arizona and New Mexico in coming months, and to expand to a larger distribution area later in the year.
