The CheckMate™ headspace gas analyzer tests packages with very low headspace, providing reproducible testing and documentation of vials, vacuum packages, shelf-stable adhesives, transdermal patches and implantable devices. It eliminates operator fault caused by misreadings that typically result from humidity, ambient air pressure or temperature, the co. states. Once-a-year calibration intervals and a self-diagnostic program make the system operator-friendly. It's designed for flexibility and cost-efficiency, as it accommodates a variety of package formats by requiring test-sample volumes of only 1 to 2 mL. Self-diagnostics and an internal date-logger can store up to 10 different setup programs and ensure cGMP quality-control traceability. The system logs, sorts and prints data on up to 2,400 test results to analyze oxygen content in packs produced on different machine lines, or on packages containing different types of product.
