Sometimes a packaging design is so good that you can’t take your eyes off it.
That happened to me after seeing a pair of Old Spice bottled beauties of shower gel in the bathroom closet.
They’re tall, dark red, and handsome with a color scheme that’s so darn appealing.
My wife thought so, too, because she’s the one that bought them.
This was more than just a “packaging crush” based on looks, though that was crucial to make a good first impression; as important, these 24-ounce high-density polyethylene bottles offered design depth and details.
They also showed a playful side that, frankly, made me grin. I was smitten.
