Portion-control dispensing tap

Fres‐co’s new portion-control dispensing tap is designed to consistently deliver a half ounce of liquid condiment without leaking or dripping. The new product is said to be well suited for creamers, liquid sugar, ketchup, mustard, chocolate, caramel, and other toppings. This dispensing tap uses a one‐way flow self-cleaning technology. After dispensing the product, the Fresco Portion Control Tap snaps close, which prevents it from product-residue buildup or dripping. The new technology is designed to be a solution to continuous valve replacement in standard counter top dispensers and an easy and expedited way for customers to complete their meals without wasting product. The co. will demonstrate the product at booth S‐2874 Pack Expo, McCormick Place, Chicago, IL‐ October 31 –November 3, 2010.
