Stock PET beverage bottles provide shapely options
Stock PET containers in round, hourglass and square shapes are available in 12-, 16-, 32- and 64-oz sizes.

Amcor unveils a PET stock bottle collection for dairy, aseptic and high-pressure processed beverages in sizes from 12oz to 64oz and in three different shapes.

When are stock bottles more than ordinary? When they have a distinctive look that can make a lasting impression with consumers.

A new collection of crystal-clear polyethylene terephthalate (PET) stock bottles and preforms for dairy, aseptic, and high-pressure processed (HPP) liquids fits the bill by offering sleek, eye-catching container options for brand owners and packaging manufacturers.

The PET beverage collection is available from Amcor Rigid Plastics in round, hourglass, and square shapes in four sizes: 12oz, 16oz, 32oz and 64oz. The bottles are engineered for cold-fill applications in dairy and juice, aseptic applications for dairy and juice and HPP applications for juice. Labeling options include wrap, shrink or pressure-sensitive labels; the latter is unavailable for the hourglass design.

The new stock bottle and preform line represent one of the industry’s largest lines of dairy-specific products providing across a wide range of package shapes and sizes, according to Amcor Rigid Plastics.

“Along with consumer appeal, our comprehensive PET package portfolio for dairy and juice provides brand owners and manufacturers with convenience and reduced product line complexity, enabling efficient and cost-effective product management,” says Alex Warren, manager of marketing and strategic business development for Amcor’s Beverage Business Unit.

The aesthetic, easy-to-handle bottles meet the needs of on-the-go consumers and address today’s consumer lifestyles for healthier, portion-controlled sizes.

The new dairy bottle portfolio is designed to maximize process efficiencies while applying industry-leading technologies including the lightweight Bericap Aseptic finish. Bottles boast tight neck finish tolerances that support efficient filling and capping.
