152199-marq_trayformer_v2.jpgThe  HPT-NS trayformer features a new-style standard frame with a sleek powder-coated finish. Clear polycarbonate guarding doors open vertically to provide easy access to the machine’s components. The hopper section will accommodate a 24-inch high stack of corrugated blanks (up to approximately 200 blanks) in a single load, automatically feeding each one horizontally into the forming section. The company says that trays are quickly formed, sealed with hotmelt glue, and dropped onto a powered discharge conveyor which brings them out of the machine where they are ready for use. Optional features include a 6” touch screen for quick and easy programming, a glue system with 8 or 12 feet of hose, and a glue maintenance package with stack beacon. Its midsize footprint and streamlined styling make this trayformer an excellent fit in nearly any space, according to the company.
