Container and Pooling Solutions (CAPS) announces it will be exhibiting at the upcoming Pack Expo tradeshow as part of the Reusable Packaging Association (RPA) Pavilion. In an effort to promote the use of reusable packaging at the event, CAPS will be displaying its CAPS-315 liquid storage container and presenting at the RPA’s educational forum.
Since 1998, CAPS has provided its container rental and container tracking solutions to the automotive, beverage, food, chemical and cosmetic markets. Although the company has been a leader in the industry of returnable containers for over a decade, 2010 will mark its first time presenting and participating at PACK EXPO in this capacity.
“We have gained valuable knowledge over the past 12 years through providing our diverse customer base with reusable shipping containers and asset management solutions, including efficiently and effectively implementing sustainable practices into the supply chain,” explains CAPS’ CEO, Robert Wiedmaier. “We are honored the RPA requested CAPS’ representatives to present at their educational forum and look forward to sharing our expertise with companies interested in converting to reusable packaging.”
CAPS’ representatives Drew Merrill and Keith Schall will present on the panel of experts at the RPA’s Fundamentals of Reusable Packaging Workshop on Tuesday, November 2nd. As CAPS’ VP of Business Development and Strategic Planning, Mr. Merrill will provide insight on reusable packaging implementation strategies, while CAPS’ Director of Business Systems and Technology, Keith Schall, will share his expertise on asset management and the newest container tracking technology.
At the event, CAPS will be presenting its liquid tote and bulk material handling bin, as well as its container tracking, cleaning and repair services.
