New beverage lounge at PACK EXPO lets attendees refresh

The Intl. Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) will sponsor the latest addition to PACK EXPO Intl. 2012 (October 28-31; McCormick Place, Chicago): The Beverage Cooler Lounge.

"The beverage market is a core segment for packaging and processing, and with the addition of the Beverage Cooler Lounge, we're expanding our customer-centric strategy for the show," says Charles Yuska, president/CEO of show sponsor PMMI. "We are pleased ISBT is working with us on the launch of this new resource for beverage industry attendees at PACK EXPO."

The Beverage Cooler Lounge joins The Rx Lounge, The Candy Bar and The Baking-Snack Break as central networking locations on the show floor, providing beverage industry professionals a place to connect and find insight on the latest trends in the marketplace.

"ISBT is excited to partner with PMMI to create even more value for the beverage community at PACK EXPO by sponsoring the Beverage Cooler Lounge. ISBT, as the premier international society for the beverage industry, joining PMMI, the world leader in packaging and processing, provides a strong value proposition to bring the beverage industry together," says Larry Hobbs, executive director of ISBT.

PACK EXPO Intl. 2012 takes place Oct. 28-31, at McCormick Place in Chicago, with more than 45,000 attendees, 1,800 exhibitors and 1.1 million net square feet expected. For more information and to register, visit www.packexpo.com or contact [email protected].
