Serac unveiled its Combox H2F integrated blow molding, filling and capping system on November 3rd at the International Dairy Show/Process Expo (shown) in Chicago.

The new Combox H2F system combines blow molding, filling and capping in one unit and operates at medium-sized production rates. Designed for dairy bottle production volumes of less than 200 bottles per minute, the Combox offers producers a new opportunity for blow molding bottles in house. The fully integrated, competitively priced solution includes the H2F (Highly Hygienic) filler and meets the hygiene requirements of cold chain dairy products. A unique and patented transfer system converts the sequential motion of the linear blower into a continuous motion which adapts to any Serac rotary filler.
