The servo TransFormer reaches speeds of 120 cartons per minute to form either glue- or stripper-lock-style cartons. Waist-level hopper allows for ergonomic blank loading with a capacity of 52 inches of cartons (or 3,250 blanks on 0.016-inch caliper board) for about 27 minutes of run time. Single-head carton takeaway keeps operation simple and easy size changeovers take about five minutes. The system is able to form cartons from 5 x 4 x 7/8 inches to 16 x 8 x 4 inches (l, w, d).
