Golf tourney slated during PACK EXPO Las Vegas

PMMI will again host the PMMI Education & Training Foundation Golf Tournament in Las Vegas this year, one day before the opening of PACK EXPO Las Vegas (Oct. 5–7, Las Vegas Convention Center).

The Oct. 4 event, held at the Paiute golf resort, allows PACK EXPO exhibitors and attendees to support PMMI education initiatives while they enjoy a round of golf together. Proceeds support student scholarships and continuing education for packaging professionals. Since 1990, PMMI has raised more than $2 million in support of packaging education.

“This event is all about industry growth,” said Charles D. Yuska, president and CEO, PMMI. “The Education & Training Foundation funds initiatives for growing the skills of the packaging workforce of today and tomorrow.”
