Rennco relocates to larger facility in Homer, Michigan
Rennco, a division of Pro Mach and leading supplier of vertical packaging machinery and systems, has relocated to a larger facility in Homer, Michigan. Before moving into its new 90,000 square foot facility, Rennco operated out of three buildings elsewhere in Homer. Rennco has been located in Homer since its founding in 1969.  During that time its product offering has evolved from basic hand load packaging machines to fully automated packaging solutions. Rennco solutions can be found on vertical bagging lines throughout the U.S. and in more than 45 countries. Rennco's new address is 300 Elm Street, Homer, MI 49245.

Orchids Paper Products Company CEO named Executive of the Year
Orchids Paper Products Company today announced that Bob Snyder, the Company's President and CEO was named the 2010 Executive of the Year by TAPPI and PIMA. The award is the highest recognition for leadership and management given by PIMA and is traditionally presented to a senior-level executive in the pulp, paper or converting industries for excellence in management and outstanding contributions to the industry as a whole. Mr. Snyder will receive the award on May 4, 2010, during the PaperCon 2010 Conference in Atlanta, Ga.

Packaging Graphics renews agreement with MVW for Natralock packaging
Packaging Graphics LLC, a division of The MATLET Group, announced that it has extended its licensing agreement with MeadWestvaco Corporation for its Natralock® security packaging products. Under the agreement, Packaging Graphics will utilize MeadWestvaco’s Natralock technology to manufacture and market theft-deterrent packaging products in North America until the year 2015.

Four more organizations join TAPPI BioPro Expo Partnership Team
Four additional organizations have partnered with TAPPI for the 2010 BioPro Expo and Conference, slated for Atlanta, Ga., USA, at the Cobb Galleria Center August 24-26. The expanded cross-industry event explores existing and emerging ways to transition a variety of biomass feedstocks into energy and biofuel. It is organized by TAPPI.
