Rennie® ICE, a new heartburn and indigestion product from Bayer, debuts in a creative new pocket-pack from British packaging design company Burgopak Ltd. (www.burgopak.com). Known in the U.K. as a trusted heartburn and indigestion remedy, Rennie's latest addition provides tasty, intense cooling relief from heartburn and indigestion. The striking new Rennie ICE packs are available at U.K. retailers nationwide.

The blister-pack's patented sliding mechanism helps provide an innovative design that's easy to use. The unique and unmistakable style sets this latest addition to the Rennie line apart from the competition. In a one-slide motion, the package opens to reveal 12 ICE tablets in two separate blisters. It's portable and has a generous amount of space for eye-catching branding. A patient information booklet, the two blisters and a branded outer carton remain connected at all times.

The new packages have been manufactured using Burgopak's automated packaging machine, which has been recently unveiled at Brecon Pharmaceuticals in Wales. Designed and built by Bosch Sigpack Systems (pa.bosch.com/sigpacksystems) in Switzerland, the innovative machine enables speedy, economical, high volume pharmaceutical packaging production.
