SouthPack has new packaging

Opening on April 13 for two days of show and conferences, SouthPack brings new packaging developments to the Southeast at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta. Featuring packaging machinery and machinery components, containers, materials, services, custom automation equipment, robotics and software, the biennial show also debuts two new product pavilions. The Medical Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical Packaging pavilion includes specialty equipment; pharmaceutical-grade materials and supplies; disposables packaging; trays and kits; and sterilization services. The Material Handling, Automation & Logistics pavilion shows conveyors; controlling devices; integrated systems and controls; automated storage and retrieval systems; data collection equipment; palletizers; warehouse and inventory management systems; and third-party logistics providers.
The conference program includes Creating a Sensational New Brand or Revitalizing an Old One; RFID: The Basics and Beyond; Creative Design and Custom Package Development; Developing Protective Packaging; and Automation. Conference fees before March 18 are $85 for one day or $130 for two days. After March 18, the fees are $115 and $175, respectively.
