The Nordenmatic 602 is the newest tube filling machine in the Norden family, capable filling & sealing up to 60 tubes per minute. The NM 602 is an extremely compact machine, while still offering quick changeovers, optimum accessibility, and many optional extras normally only associated with the larger tube filling machines. The NM 602 offers state of the art equipment, such as a Mitsubishi PLC with touch screen, seven levels of password protected security, up to 30 pre-programmed format tables & a modem for remote access and downloading of production statistics. Standard features also include independent height adjustment of sealing & filling stations, our patented oval racetrack driven by a polyurethane belt, and easy access of the pneumatic controls without stopping the machine. Optional extras include equipment such as servo lift at filling, our patented Design-A-Seal(R) and Scoop Seal(TM), a variety of different infeed systems, jar feeding & filling, tube cleaning, heated hopper, level control, and many more.
