Exhibited at the show running case-ready packaging, steam-cooking materials, inside cuts and complete meal-assembly solutions, the E-Series of high-speed single- and double-lane tray sealers is designed to seal up to 160 packages/min. The sealers are available as heat-sealing or vacuum and gas units and allow for a 20-min, quick and easy changeover, the co. reports. The series accommodates a flexible size range and features an automatic film infeed, a stainless-steel frame and central lubrication. Options include an automatic tray denester, various-length product-load conveyors, Allen-Bradley controls and a photocell to detect film registration for a variety of lid and closure styles.
