Developed specifically for jars and bottles is the new MAV50, a vertical intermittent cartoner. The co. says the machine's design and construction are distinguished by advanced ergonomics and facilitate the actions of operators and safeguard cartons with a patented structure to avoid contact of static parts that may abrade cartons. The opening mechanism vertically positions the longitudinal folds, and a pick-and-place system is used to pack the cartons.
