Wraparound tray loader

Said to integrate tray erecting, product collating and loading, and container sealing is the TrayStar TS-2000, a continuous-motion, wraparound tray loader. Features reportedly include a vertical starwheel grouper for gentler product handling at a 25- to 80-tray/min rated output. Tool-less changeover in less than 15 min is said to be assured for cans, jars, bottles and boxes.
