The new CX1000 Color Label Printer delivers short-run, color digital label printing at a breakthrough price of $10,995 in the USA and Canada. Suitable for printing low- to mid-volumes of labels (from 50 to 5,000), the CX1000 delivers 2,400 dots-per-inch (dpi) print resolution for high-quality output at a print speed of 16.25 feet per minute (5 meters/minute). As easy to use as a desktop printer, the CX1000 prints onto a variety of laser-qualified label materials in a range of styles (matte, semi-gloss, high-gloss), including pressure-sensitive plain papers, white and clear polyesters, and eco-friendly substrates made with 100 percent post-consumer recycled materials. Typical applications include branded and private label foods, beverages, nutraceuticals, cosmetics and personal care products, and household chemicals. Printed labels are waterproof and scratch/smudge/tear-resistant.
